We use published IRS and state tax tables as of the stated tax year. We make every effort to be accurate, but tax calculations involve many edge cases and late-breaking updates. Independently verify results before making financial decisions.

Intellectual property

The site's content, code, and branding are property of the site owner. Tax table figures themselves are public government data and are not copyrighted.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for financial decisions made based on calculator results, errors in tax tables, or data loss. Maximum liability is capped at $0 — the price you paid to use the site.
